摘要
将蔗糖分别置于酸和碱介质中对其水解及活化,便进行开环断链,然后在pH=7.5~8.5的NH_3·H20—NH_4Cl—Na_2SO_3体系中,在浓度为2mol/L、电解电位为—1.07V、电流密度为3A/dm^2、温度为25℃条件下,电解成山梨醇,电流效率为95%以上。
