The party's ethnic policies are the primary motivation for the development of Aba prefecture.Back ward science&technology,laggard education,shortage of talents,lower qualities of labor force for the main factors which check the fast development of economy in Aba prefecture.The main strategies to accelerate the development of the economical situations in Aba are such as seizing tightly the opportunities of China's Western Development ,rectifying industrial structure and developing preponderant industry.
