摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )和金相显微镜对某水上飞机升降舵调整操纵杆裂纹进行了观察和分析 ,确认操纵杆裂纹是由腐蚀引起的 ,腐蚀产物的体积效应是操纵杆开裂的应力来源 ;并对腐蚀产物的体积效应进行了计算 ,求得LY1 2CZ铝合金操纵杆产生应力腐蚀开裂的临界腐蚀半径Rscc.对装配缝隙进行适当密封 。
Cracks on a control rod of the elevator tab for a water plane were analyzed by scanning electron miroscopy(SEM) and metallurgical microscope.It is believed that cracks were induced by corrosion,and the volume effect of corrosion products was the stress source of cracking.The critical radius R scc for stress corrosion cracking to initiation on the LY12CZ rod was calculated.The corrosion and cracking of this rod can be avoided through sealing the relevant clearance properly by assembling.
