摘要
研制了一种在离子交换树脂上负载AlCl_3的固体超强酸催化剂,并以载Al量作为检验指标,考察了合成试验的工艺条件。在反应温度78℃,反应时间5h的条件下,真空浸渍,制得一种含Al 1.44％的固体超强酸催化剂。
A new type of solid superacid catalyst (AlCl_3 supported ion exchange resin) has been developed and its synthetic processes, taking the amount of Al as an valuating standard, were investigated. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 78℃, reation time 5hr, with the method of vacuum dipping, a solid superadd catalyst containing Al 1.44% was obtained.
