摘要
报道了用苯酚、溴和三氯氧磷等为原料,合成三(2,4,6-三溴苯酚)磷酸酯的方法。对该产品在E-44型环氧树脂中的阻燃效果进行了研究。结果表明:这种在分子中同时含有溴、磷的阻燃剂,比相应的仅含溴和仅含磷的阻燃剂的混合物,具有更强的阻燃协同效应。
Tris (2,4,6-tribromophenyl) phosphate was synthesized by phosphorus oxychloride with 2,4,6-tribromophenol which was prepared in advance by bromination of phenol. The flame-retarding effect of the product on Epoxy-44 was investisated. It was proved that the compound containing both bromine and phosphorus exhibited a good synergistic effect than the mixture of bromlne-contalnlng compound and phosphorus-containing compound.
