摘要
介绍了用醋酸锌和钛酸四丁酯作催化剂,以废聚酯和异辛醇为原料,采用醇解法制取对苯二甲酸二异辛酯增塑剂(DOTP)的工艺。在大量实验的基础上,确定了制取DOTP的优化条件。合成产品符合国家标准。
The alcoholysis process for preparing plasticizer DOTP by using zinc acetate and tetrabutyltitanate as catalysts, waste polyester and 2-ethylhexanol as raw materials was introduced. The optimum conditions were established based on Experimental results. The product quality is in accord with the national standards.
