原癌基因eIF4E在恶性肿瘤中表达的研究进展

摘要
本文就原癌基因eIF4E与恶性肿瘤关系进行综述,阐明其在恶性肿瘤发生、发展及表达的机制,探讨其作为恶性肿瘤新的预防、诊断和治疗靶向的潜能。
