粘土质碳化硅制品生产过程中质量影响因素

为了提高粘土质碳化硅制品质量 ,针对碳化硅制品生产过程中粘土成分、成型压力、SiC颗粒粒度等影响质量的一些因素进行了一系列实验研究。结果表明 ,粘土质碳化硅制品在制作过程中应该选择优质粘土和较小粒度的碳化硅 ,成型压力应该保持在 6 0～

In order to enhance the product quality made from SiC and clay,a series of experiments were done baded on thinking of the composition of the clay,molding pressure and the granularity of SiC granule.The results reveal that high quality clay and little SliC granule should be chosen and molding pressure should be kept in the range of 60～80MPa when the products are made from SiC and clay.
