加强师德建设 提高师德修养——高师院校青年教师师德现状与对策

加强师德建设是现代教育发展的紧迫要求 ,目前高师院校尤其是青年教师的师德建设上还存在诸多不足 ,作者就此在高师院校领导干部的作风建设、青年教师、骨干教师、深化教改等方面提出加强师德建设的一点思考。
