摘要
针对电热管加热类负载的控制特点 ,就数学模型的建立、高精度控制算法的确定、PWM控制方法的实现等问题进行了详细的分析和论证 ,总结出一种对于一阶惯性环节加纯滞后类对象如何确定最优控制算法的分析方法。
According to the controlling particularity of heating load of the immersion heater, establishment of mathematical model, the determination of highly precise control algorithm, and the implementation of the control method of PWM are analyzed and proved in detail. Thus the analysis method of how to establish the optimal control algorithm for the object with first order inertia element and dead time characteristic.
