Based on analyzing the pattern and disadvantages of management majors' practice,this essay sets the goal for practice according to the theory of Constructivism,analyses the characteristic of students and practice contents,designs circumstances,equipments,strategy, management and help,and so on.According to the principle of being favorable to developing the knowledge and ability of students,the practice concentrates on the topic,the teachers choose suitable practice places and make good preparations.
