安徽省利用外资存在的问题及政策建议

The Problems of Utilizing Foreign Capitals in Anhui and Corresponding Suggestions on Policy

近年来,外资在全国经济发展中已成为一股不可忽视的力量源泉,已得到越来越多各界人士的认可。本文就安徽省这样一个区域经济发展较快的华东地区,以及经济发展相对缓慢的中西部省份接壤的特殊省份在利用外资方面存在的问题及原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。

In recent years,the foreign capitals have already become a source of strength that can't be ignored during national economic development,which have already been approved by more and more personages of various circles.As we know,Anhui lies in East China which is a relatively fast developed area, meanwhile,it borders upon Midwest provinces that have been developing relatively slow,so it's a special province.This paper is intended to analyze the problems existing in utilizing the foreign capitals and related reasons in Anhui,and to put forward the corresponding suggestions on policy.
