A Comparative Research between Security Punishment and the Labor Education System in China

劳动教养制度是一项具有中国特色的法律制度,它既有创新之处,又与世界上已经存在并且通行的保安处分有相似之处,本文对二者进行分析对比,以期对完善我国劳动教养制度有所裨益。

The labor education system is a system with China's characteristics,however,it has similarities with the international security punishment mechanism.The author gives an analysis of the two identical systems in the hope of perfecting the Chinese labor education network.
