解决“三农”问题关键在于推进三大改革

“三农”问题一直是困扰我国社会经济发展的问题,党中央给予了极大的关注和重视。“三农”问题的核心是农民问题,中国农民历史上做出了巨大贡献,现在却是最大的弱势群体。“三农”问题解决不了,中国的许多问题很难突破。当前解决“三农”问题要靠三大改革:农村土地制度改革、农村的产业结构改革、机构设置改革。既要在“三农”之内取得突破,又要在“三农”之外寻求出路,内力外力相结合,形成新的合力和拉动点,这样解决“三农”问题才有新的希望。

The Problems of agriculture,countryside & peasants have always been perplexing China's social eco- nomic developmet and to these problems the central government has paid great attention.The problem of peasants is the key of the problems of argriculture,countryside & peasants.Chinese peasants contributed a lot in history but now they account for the largest portion of weak group.At present the solution of the problems of agriculture,countryside & peasants depends on the three great reforms:the reform of land institution,the reform of industrial structure,and the reform of institution.
