纤维支气管镜检对支气管结核的诊断价值(与病理对照)

The Diagnostic Value of Fiberobronchoscopy on Endobronchial Tuberculosis

报道了33例经纤维支气管镜检查并最后诊断为支气管结核病例,其纤维支气管镜下形态表现多样性。以腔内肿物表现,在老年人易误诊为肺癌,经纤维支气管镜粘膜活检病理、刷检PCR检测结核菌,以及纤维支气管镜检查术后查痰菌对提高支气管结核的诊断有价值。

The diagnostic fiberobronchoscopy was performed in 33 patients with endobronchial tuberculosis. The bronchoscopic findings were diverse. The most of them showed mucous membrane rough and engorged(69.7%).It must be differentiation between lung cancer and tuberculosis in elderly patients. It is valuable to increase diagnostic rate that fiberobronchoscopy, biopsy,bronchial brush samples examined by polymerase chain reaction for TB and bacteriae examine of sputum sample after fiberobronchoscopy.
