摘要
在全球经济一体化、知识化的经济时代,人力资源竞争力做为企业核心能力的基础,日益成为企业持续成长发展的决定性因素。人才的竞争是企业获取持续竞争优势的源泉,针对国有企业面临人才的流失,必须深思长期以来国有企业人力资源开发、利用与管理存在的缺陷。通过对各种人才流失的关键因素分析,就如何做好国有企业人力资源竞争力工作,提出自己的几点建议。
In an era of economic globalization, the competitive strength of labor resources, acting as the foundation of an enterprise's kernel competence, has been becoming a decisive factor in enterprise's sustainable development. Competition in having talented people is the source for an enterprise to obtain sustainable competitive superiority. The problem of brain drain met by State-owned enterprises should be dealt with from the defects existing in the development, utilization and management of labor resources of the enterprises since a long time ago. Through analysis on various main factors leading to the brain drain, suggestions are given in order for a State-owned enterprise to improve its labor resources management work.
