Application of Digitalized Archives Keeping in Enterprise Management

本文作者从档案数字化管理的角度下笔,为更好达到档案开放利用资源共享以及为企业服务之目的,首先对档案数字化管理进行定位,并提出总体设计原则以及如何搞好技术配置才适合不同企业的需要,最后论述了档案数字化管理流程以及功能。

In order to realize archives opening and resources sharing, the position of digitalized archives management in an enterprise will be discussed in this paper. Principles for an overall planning and technical configurations will be offered to cater for different enterprises. Finally, a flow chart is demonstrated for the digitalized archives management to realize its functions.
