摘要
驰名中外的武夷山国家级自然保护区坐落于武夷山脉偏北的最高地段,是我国东南大陆现存面积最大、保留最为完整的亚热带森林生态系统.相传此地古代为闽越族,首领称武夷君,因之得名.
Since antiquity, Wuyi Mountain has been protected well all the time. People there once dug out an oldmonument craved with “prohibiting fishing, hunting and cutting”. However in the second half of 20th century,due to poor management, Wuyi Mountain also saw slash and denudation as well as seriously damaged naturalenvironment. After that, China’s government began to set up nature reservation zone, key scenic spot of touristinterest and national key cultural relic protection unit successively in this area to strengthen the managementto Wuyi Mountain through administration method.
