激光技术在现代内燃机生产及科研中的应用

Modern laser technology for production & research of I.C. engine

激光技术用于内燃机的生产主要集中在零部件的表面覆熔处理、淬火、珩磨、打孔等方面 ;在内燃机研究中的应用主要集中于燃烧过程的诊断 ,包括燃料混合状况、各种温度场的测量、喷雾场的测试及排放检测等方面。另外 ,激光光声光谱技术、激光质谱仪等有望在内燃机的研究中发挥更大的作用。

Modem laser technologies are widely used.In production,the applications mainly concentrate on laser cladding in surface of components,quenching,honing,and perforating.In research,the applications mostly focus on diagnosis on combustion process including the state of mixed fuel,measuring of temperature fields,checking spray field and inspecting exhaust gas of vehicle,etc.Besides,laser optoacoustic spectroscopy technique and laser mass spectrometry will play more important role in research of internal combustion engine.
