摘要
本文针对我国上市公司建立独立董事制度的要求 ,分析独立董事制度存在的合理性 ,并提出了完善我国上市公司独立董事制度的若干建议。
According to the needs of the independent director system of listed companied being established in china. This paper analyzes the system's rationality. The writer puts up some suggestions on how to perfect this system.
