沥青挥发气体对小鼠骨髓细胞致突变的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨沥青挥发气体对小鼠骨髓细胞的致突变影响。方法 用沥青挥发气体对小鼠分组染毒( 1 5、3 0、45、60d)后 ,观察小鼠骨髓细胞微核率和姐妹染色单体 (SCE)变化 ,以正常饲养组小鼠骨髓细胞作比较。结果 染毒各组与对照组之间的微核率、SCE均有差异 ,且染毒时间对小鼠骨髓细胞的致突变影响呈正相关 ;除1 5d组和对照组的差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )外 ,其他各组和对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 沥青挥发气体对动物细胞有致突变影响。 Objective To investigate the ef fects of the rat medullary cell mutati on by bitumen aerotonometer. Methods The rats were divi ded into two groups.One group is fed under the circumstance of bitumen aerotonometer, After the periods of ( 15d,30d,45d,60d ) to compare the rat medullary micronucleus and SCE divers ification rate with the normal feeding groups. Results There were differences in the rat medullary micronucleus and SCE diversification rats between the two groups. The effects of the rat medullary cell mutation are correlated to the periods of feeding under the circumstance of bitumen aeroton ometer. There were obvious differences between the two groups except the 15 d gr o up and comparative one. Conclusion The bitumen aerotonomete r has effects on animals' cell mutation.
