摘要
The 30th International Geographical Congress (IGC) was held on August 16-20 in Glasgow, the United Kingdom. Approximately 2000 geographers from more than 80 countries and regions participated in the IGC. The Geographical Society of China (GSC) attended the conference with a 60-odd-number delegation from Chinese mainland. Nearly 20 geographers from Taiwan and Kong Kong, as well as overseas Chinese attendees took part in the IGC.
