民事诉讼的效率价值与我国民事审限制度的完善

Efficiency Value of Civil Litigation and Improvement of Deadlines for China's Civil Adjudication

效率是衡量一个国家民事诉讼制度是否科学的重要尺度之一。诉讼周期的长短,是影响民事诉讼效率的重要因素。因此,民事审限制度是否完善,直接关系到民事诉讼效率的高低。本文分析了现行民事审限制度的缺陷,在此基础上提出了完善我国民事审限制度的一些设想。

Efficiency is one of the important criteria to see whether a nation's civil litigation system is scientific. Adjudication deadlines are an important factor to affect the efficiency of civil litigation. Therefore, the improvement of civil adjudication deadlines directly affects the efficiency of civil litigation. Based on the analyses of defects in the current regime, this paper puts forward some proposals to improve the deadline procedures for China's civil adjudication.
