摘要
中国公务员行政惩戒制度经过建国以来的初创、破坏和恢复发展三个阶段,取得了一定的成效。但是依然存在诸如没有行政惩戒法、惩戒种类单调、保障不够等问题,应加快制定行政惩戒基本法律和完善相关配套体制。
After the founding of the public, the civil servant's disciplinary system in China has undergone three stages ——preliminary stage, destruction stage, and the restoring stage after the turmoil. Now, in some degree, it is well-shaped. But some problems remain. For example, up to now, no special disciplinary law has been adopted. Disciplinary sanctions are too simple and few, and we still lack corresponding security measures. To solve these problems, one should quicken the steps necessary to make disciplinary laws and improve the related systems.
