乡镇企业产权关系初步研究

Preliminary research on the relationship of rural enterprise's property right

本文认为,我国乡镇企业已出现明显的社区依附特征,从而存着极大的危险性,弄得不好,就有可能发生旧体制复归,重蹈国有企业的覆辙,导致整个乡镇企业经济效益的下降。为此,作者阐明了产权关系对乡镇企业深层次发展的重要意义,分析了乡镇企业亲以模糊所表现出的种种弊端,揭示了乡镇企业的社区依附特征及相关联的意义与成困,提出了实现乡镇企业产权关系明晰化的制度建设途径。

The author thinks that, during the development of township enterprises, it becomes obvious that attaching themselves to the communities, and thus exists great dangerousness. It maybe oc cur that return to the old system and goes along the same way of our state—owned enterprises do, and therefore reduce the economic efficiency of all the township enterprises if we can't treat it properly. For this purpose, the author has revealed the significance of the property right's relation ship for the deepening development of rural enterprises, analyzed the many shortcomings of con fusing the property right of rural enterprises and found out the characteristics and causes of attach ing themselves to the commuinities, and finally given the suggestions that the institutional con structive way of dearing the property righr's relationship of township enterprises.
