欧洲一体化研究中的“欧洲修正派”述评

“European Revisionists”and the Studies of European Integration

2 0世纪 70年代末以来 ,欧洲一体化研究领域逐渐形成了一个“欧洲修正派”。它对新功能主义持有异议 ,认为欧洲一体化并不是一个走向欧洲合众国的不可逆转的过程 ,也没有削弱欧洲民族国家 ;在方法上坚持论从史出 ,注重在研究历史档案的基础上再现欧洲一体化的历史过程 ,而不是从抽象的观念出发解释欧洲一体化。该学派的不足之处是缺少理论分析框架、单因性诠释倾向等。

The school of “European Revisionists”in the studies of European integration came into being after the end of 1970s. Different from the interpretations of new-functionalism, this school does not take European integration as an inconvertibleprocess which will lead to an United States of Europe, but maintains that this integration has not weakened national sovereignty. It adopts a method of the historical studies. The weakness of the school results from its lack of a systematic frame of theoretical analysisand so on.
