论我国证券市场的功能缺陷及其矫正

On shortcoming of China's equity market's function and its correcting

作者认为:一般而言,现代西方国家的证券市场具有筹集资金、传递信息、优化资源配置、分散投资风险、增强国家宏观调控能力、促使企业提高经济效益六大主要功能。但是,反观我国证券市场的运行效果,不难看出,现阶段的证券市场并非真正意义上的证券市场,而基本上是处于市场主体不规范、市场机制不完善、市场功能不完全的状态。那么,如何培育一个功能健全的证券市场,使之有利于国民经济的发展,这是值得研究的一个重要课题。

Generally speaking, modern western countries' equity markets have 6 main functions follow ing as raising fund, transmit messages, allocating resources perfectly, decentraiizing investing risks, enhancing country's macro-regulating ability, spurring enterprises on to increase economic efficiency. However, at present stage, our country's stock market is not real stock market. It is at the state of not Standard market body, imperfecting market mechanism and incomplete market function. It is worth to research how to bring up a compiete function's equity market and make it be use for the national economic development.
