Clinical Study of Combined Acupuncture and Tuina in Treating Enuresis Following Occult Cleft Spine
摘要
观察针推结合治疗隐性脊柱裂遗尿的临床疗效，探索检测疗效的量化指标。对40例患者进行临床疗效观察及治疗前后B超检查，观察对比膀胱容量大小，有无残余尿及量的变化。结果临床总有效率90％，治疗前后膀胱容量变化有显著性差异(P<0．05)，其中有残余尿者11例，治疗前后残余尿量变化有非常显著的差异(P<0．01)。本方法能够增加膀胱容量，减少残余尿量。
