全面小康社会与社会主义政治文明是质与量相统一的特定范畴 ,社会主义政治文明建设是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。
The comprehensive well off society and socialist political civilization are the specific categories which unite the quality and quantity. The construction of socialist political civilization is the requirement of the comprehensive well off society in the aspects of inside, experience and safeguard.
