摘要
分析了虚拟数控车削加工中的技术难点和各种相关因素对加工的影响,建立了车屑、冷却液、车削力的数学模型,利用Visual C++语言和OpenGL技术,对在虚拟数控车削加工仿真环境下的车屑、冷却液、车削力进行了动态模拟。
<abstract>e technical difficult points in the virtual NC turning and the effects of all kinds of related factors on machining are analyzed. The mathematical models of chip, cooling liquid and turning force are established. The dynamic simulation of chip, cooling liquid and turning force in the virtual NC turning simulation environment is carried out by using visual C+ + language and OpenGL technology.
