摘要
矿产资源枯竭的不可避免性是矿山企业谋求发展而采取多元化经营管理的主要动因。矿山企业从一元化迈入多元化 ,其经营管理模式发生了巨大变化。本文在多元化经营的目标选择。
Inevitability of mine resource depletion is the main motive for mine enterprises to adopt a diversified operation and management in seeking for their own development.The operation and management mode has taken on a great change from a one-element to a diversified mode of operation and management of mine enterprises.Detailed analysis and earnest thinking are presend on the related issues from three aspects,namely the objective selection in diversified operation,obtaining new nucleus competitive ability and enterprise innovation.
