协助更有效地监测和管理城市

Since 1999, UN-Habitat's Global Urban Observatory (GUO) has been helping cities in developing countries set up their own Local Urban Observatories (LUOs) so that they can get an accurate picture of their needs and keep track of them. This article gives a brief introduction to the way how LUOs help monitor and manage cities more effectively.
