用AT89C2051单片机控制的三相全控桥晶闸管触发器

摘要 介绍了采用AT89C2051单片机控制三相全控桥晶闸管触发器,并利用单片机从整流输出端取得电压信号,与给定电压构成控制偏差进行数字PID调节以实现电压负反馈闭环控制;硬件电路简单,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,是一种比较理想的晶闸管触发装置. This article introduces the method to control the three-phase bridge controlled SCR trigger bymicroprocessor (AT89C2051)and get voltage signal output from rectification by microprocesor,so as to realize negative voltage feedback circuit-closing control, the controlled deflection composed of thevoltage signal and the voltage should be run digital PID regulation. The hardware circuit is simple, and it has strong reliance and anti-interference ability,which is a kind of ideal SCR trigger.
