新课程对化学教师提出了新的要求,必须重新定位,化学教师要在知识结构和知识储备上、教师角色的转变、教学方式和方法等方面,培养和提高自己的能力,以适应新课程。
The new curriculum proposes new requires to the chemistry teachers, who must reorientate. Chemistry teachers should cultivate and improve their ability in structure and store of knowledge, the change of teacher's role, teaching methods and so on, in order to coincide with the new curriculum.
