摘要
文章从国企体制、人们观念和激励形式分析了国企激励机制失灵的原因 ,并从转变思想认识、长期和短期激励相结合、物质和非物质激励相结合以及建立科学的考核体制等几个方面对国企激励机制的建设进行了一些探索。
As we known, excitation mechanism of most of state enterprises has been no longer in force. This essay probes into the reasons from three aspects:state enterprise system, human ideology, stimulating means. The article also approaches the subject how people rebuild a good one from different angles. Firstly, the authors figure out people should shift his ground to apply to new situation. Secondly, they advise that managers had better use long-term stimulating and short-term stimulating or physical stimulating and spiritual stimulating simultaneously. In addition, they believe it is indispensable that a scientific system to assess contributions would have been established.
