摘要
可持续发展既是一种全新的发展观,也是一种发展策略。扩大开放是电大实现可持续发展的必然选择。为有效解决制约“开放”的深层次问题,防止规模下降,确保质量提升,在发展理念上,要着力创新人才培养模式、教学模式和管理模式,建立可持续发展的长效机制;在发展策略上,要确立可持续发展的战略目标,在“特”、“优”、“强”、“大”上下功夫。
Sustainable development is a new kind of development theory and strategy. Open is a necessary choice of sustainable development of Radio & TV Universities. It is crucial for Radio & TV Universities to reform existing instructional modes and make the instructional course open. The strategies for Guangzhou Radio & TV Universities are how to make itself great, strong, distinctive and excellent.
