农村教育现状的经济分析——以湖南省隆回县为例

An Economic Analysis of the Present Rural Educational Situations taking the Longhui county of Hunan province as an example

教育对农村人口素质的提升和农村经济的发展起着十分重要的作用。本文对农村教育的现状进行分析,认为农村教育已陷入一个难以自拔的陷阱。农村教育困境的原因主要是教育负担重而教育预期收益降低,政府对农村教育的政策乏力,缺乏支持力度,多种原因导致农村教育陷入一个恶性循环之中,需要外力才能打破这种循环,因而需要政府教育投资向农村倾斜。

Education plays an important role in promoting the quality of rural population and rural economic development. The paper analyzes the present situations of rural education, showing various reasons that has caused rural education system to fall into a vicious circle. It needs outside forces to break down the cycle so that the government can incline to invest in rural education.
