篮球运动员的意识指运动员在篮球教学训练和比赛中,具有明确目的性和方向性的自觉心理活动。文章运用文献资料法对篮球意识的内涵、分类、训练工作中"意识培养"存在的问题及培养方法进行了分析,为提高篮球教学和训练提供反馈信息,为培养球场意识提供理论借鉴。

Basketball consciousness refers to the players' clear and autonomous psychological activities or a clear objective, in their training and competition. The article makes an analysis and classification of the consciousness as well as problems in training and methods of developing the consciousness. It therefore provides feedback for basketball teaching, training and theoretical basis for developing consciousness of basketball court.
