摘要
为探讨体育教育专业武术专修教学方法,提高武术教学效果,采用实验研究,结合统计分析、逻辑分析对实验结果进行讨论。分析表明,武术套路优化教学根据各拳种技术之间的互补关系,结合体育教育专业大学生的生理、心理特点,合理利用了技能迁移和反馈调节原理;理论与实践教学相融合,整合师资资源,对于提高学生的理论、技术水平,培养良好的思维方式和学习方式具有显著效果。
In order to inquire into the teaching methods of Wushu routines majors specialized in Physical Education, the author tries to discuss and analyze the results of the experiments by means of statistical analysis and logical analysis. The statistics show that with the help of the supplemental relationship among different schools of boxing, teachers should make use of skill transformation and feedback adjustment, combined with physical and mental characteristics of college students majoring in Physical Education. Meanwhile, teaching of theories and conformity of resources are of great effect in improving students' theoretical and skill level, and in cultivating good ways of reasoning and learning.
