Study on P. E. Teachers' Qualities Influenced by Health Education in High School

实施健康教育,推行体育与健康课程标准,关键在于体育教师的素质。运用文献资料法和分析归纳法,文章对符合健康教育要求的中学体育教师的素质结构进行了探讨。同时指出,应从教育观念的转变、高师体育教育专业的改革、在职中学体育教师素质的提高等方面采取措施,以构建胜任健康教育要求的师资。

The key to implementing the health education and popularizing the curricular standard of P. E. and health education is the teachers?qualities.Based on study methods of historical documents,analysis and induction,the article explores the P. E. teachers抭ualities that are qualified for health education in high schoo1.For perfecting the qualities. the authors suggest some measures should be adopted,which include altering the education ideas,reforming the specialty of P. E.in teachers college and improving the qualities of P. E. teachers being in active service.
