摘要
竞技体育事业发展的根本动力在于“人”,在竞技体育管理中引入人力资源理论,是对市场经济化趋势日益明显的现代社会条件下,竞技体育的社会、经济功能的客观认识与尊重。本文借鉴相关理论并结合竞技体育的实际,对竞技体育中人力资源理论的相关问题进行了探讨。
Since 揾uman being?is the basic impetus of sports development, applying theories of human resource to sports administration is to objectively understand and respect the social, economic functions of sports, especially in such a modern society with market economy booming so fast. In light of the practical condition of sports, this paper uses its theories to discuss the relevant problems of human resource administration in sports.
