How to Design the Sports Training in the Coach of Theories

本文采用文献资料法,问卷调查法和逻辑推演等方法,研究了理论与实践的关系,分析目前我国运动训练科学化程度,并提出了构建理论指导运动训练的方法。结论为:其构建方法包括建立指导实践的专项训练理论,了解理论指导训练实践的中介,认识发挥桥梁作用的训练观念,把握运动训练理论指导实践的过程等四个方面。

In this thesis, the author adopted the methods of researching literature and datum, questionnaire investigation and logic reasoning to research the relationship between theories and activities and analyze the current scientific degree of sports training in our country, put forward the ways of sports training in the coach of theories and got the conclusion that there are four facets in the designing ways of theories guiding the training activities: namely, setting up specific training theories to guide activities, understanding the medium between sports theories and training activities, realizing the training idea抯 function as a bridge, grasping the process of sports theories guiding training activities.
