摘要
砌体房屋顶层墙体在施工或使用初期,顶层墙体往往出现斜向及水平裂缝。本文结合工程实例,通过对墙体温度裂缝发展机理的分析以及墙体在温度应力作用下的变形及应力的研究,提出采用配筋砌体、顶层墙体洞口上部设置钢筋混凝土圈梁等设计方法,以防止砌体结构墙体温度裂缝的产生。
Diagonal and horizontal crack usually appears in the top layer wall of masonry structures building during construction and initial stages of using. By the project practice, this article analyzes expanse principle of wall temperature crack and studies wall deformation and stress under temperature stress. This paper gives some design advices such as reinforced masonry, setting R.C. ring beam at the top of hole in the top layer wall to prevent wall temperature crack in masonry structure.
