摘要
目前,我国的建筑企业大部分还没有自己的企业定额,阻碍了工程量清单计价的推行,影响企业参与工程量清单报价。本文提出了施工企业定额的编制原则、编制方法;介绍了作者关于建筑企业建立投标报价体系的思考。
The majority of construction enterprise has no themselves enterprise price standard at present in china, so pushing counting price by detailed list of project quantity is hindered and this effects enterprise on joining quotation by detailed list of project quantity. This article introduces working-out principle and method of price standard for construction enterprise and some thoughts about establish quotation system for construction enterprise.
