摘要
通过详细剖析和总结松山湖城市设计的具体工作模式、工作主题和实践特色,提出对城市设计控制力的产生、目标和有效作用的理解,并强调城市设计应突破纸面文章,关注实施效能,以开放的城市设计与不间断的设计服务模式,保证城市持续优化的生长逻辑与建设秩序。
The planning and construction of High-tech In-dustry Park in Songshan Lake (SSL) of Dongguan is regarded asa model in the control performance of urban design in the rapidurbanization of China. By generalizing the mode, theme and char-acteristic of urban design practice in SSL, this study illustratesthe cause, target and effect of the control performance of urbandesign. Then it argues that urban design should lay more stresson the practical performance. It concludes that the developmentof a city is owed to the opening mode of urban design and con-tinuous design service.
