The essence of cultural imperialism is to collapse the reasonableness and values of other cultures,and to establish the generalization and absoluteness of its own cultural values, so as to control others. This makes the objective populace superstitiously crazy for the cultural values and living styles of its own. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure the leading role of the native culture in order to recognize the distinction between normal international cultural exchanges and cultural imperialism, to realize the harmfulness of cultural imperialism, and to boycott the spread of cultural imperialism.
