浅探抗战时期省会永安县小学教师素质的提高

A Discussion on the Improvement of Primary School Teachers in Yong'an During the Anti-Japanese War

抗战时期福建省临时省会永安县,小学教师素质得到了一定程度的提高,主要表现在:教学方式有所改善和教师资力、检定合格率有所提高两大方面。这与当时永安县蓬勃发展的抗战进步文化活动和地方政府的教育措施有密切关系。探询此问题对了解民国时期永安县初等教育发展史颇有意义,并对当今发展小学教育有一定的参考、启迪作用。

The qualification of primary school teachers in youn'an was improved to some extent.This was shown in two aspects:teaching methods and percentage passed in inspections.This result was closely related with the cultural activties in the anti-Japanese war,and the teaching administration measures taken by the local govenment.
