浅谈翻译的趋同性——关联理论指导下的翻译观

On Translational Convergence ——A Concept of Translation Guided by Relevance Theory

根据关联理论原则,本文试图阐述要提高翻译的效度和信度,必须使译文尽量向原作趋同。翻译的趋同性是由语境的动态性质决定的。趋同可分为语义趋同和语用趋同,译者应尽力做到语用趋同。

Based on Relevance Theory,this paper tries to argue that a translated version must converge to the original as much as possible to improve the translation validity and fidelity.Translation convergence includes semantic and pragmatic convergence,which is determined by the dynamic nature of contexts.A translator should strive for pragmatic convergence.
