Applying the 5C in Educating the Talents with Mixed Abilities

美国教育界制订的《21世纪外语学习目标》-"5C"外语教学目标,体现了当代最新的语言习得理论,代表21世纪外语教育改革和发展的方向,对我国的外语教学改革有借鉴和促进作用。

The Standard for Foreign Languages Learning in the 21st Century, i.e. the 5C was designed and issued by the U.S. Department of Education. The 5C is the latest guiding theory in languages learning. In order to meet the requirements of the new Syllabus, which calls for the talents with mixed abilities, we may adopt the 5C in our teaching reform.
