Strengthening the Financial Administration to Benefit the Running of a School

加强高校财务管理,编制学校综合财务计划,统筹安排财力,对部门经费进行切块包干,优化经费支出结构,举债要适度,充分调动校内各单位的创收积极性,规范校内经济秩序,提高财务人员的素质。

To strengthen the financial administration in colleges, at first, is to prepare total financial schemes, to make overall arrangement and use of financial resources; then, is to make each department responsible for their expenditure, to optimize structure of expenditure, and to make appropriate refunding, that is to regular economic orders; at last, is to allow each department to increase their own incomes and to improve finance officers.
